We bake with sourdough, no additives, fresh every day. Bread, rolls, croissants and cakes. Real craft from Reichenberger Strasse.

We are closed on Sunday and Monday. Hours may change on public holidays.

Sourdough for 12 years

We have kept our starter going for more than twelve years. It gives every loaf its flavour and its crust.

No additives

Flour, water, salt and time. Good bread needs no more. No baking mixes, no additives.

All in house

From mixing to oven, everything happens here in our bakery. Baked fresh, every day.

Our craft

Time is our most important ingredient

Good sourdough cannot be rushed. It needs rest, warmth and a watchful eye. We have kept our starter going for twelve years, day after day.

You can taste it. A strong crust, a moist crumb and bread that stays fresh for a few days.
